Shape Your Vision
Use our online configurator in your own time to explore different sizes, layouts, glazing options and finishes until your vision feels exactly right. Once you’re happy with your concept, simply get in touch and we’ll arrange a detailed site survey to assess ground conditions, access and positioning, followed by your final design and quotation.

STEP ONE
Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We'll discuss how you intend to use your garden room, your preferred style, budget, and any specific requirements you may have. This initial consultation allows us to understand your vision and provide expert guidance on the possibilities available.

STEP TWO
Site Survey
Once we understand your requirements, we'll arrange a detailed site survey.This allows us to assess your garden, access arrangements, ground conditions, and the most suitable location for your new building. We'll also consider orientation, natural light, privacy, and how the structure will integrate with your home and outdoor space.
During the survey, we'll review:

STEP THREE
Following your site survey, we develop a bespoke design based on both the survey findings and the concept you created in the configurator. You’ll receive detailed design proposals and a transparent quotation clearly outlining the full specification. We then work closely with you to refine the layout, glazing, materials and finishes until it’s exactly as you envisioned.
STEP FOUR
Project Preparation
Once your design is approved, we begin preparing for construction. Materials are scheduled, manufacturing is arranged, and installation dates are confirmed. Our team manages the planning and coordination required to ensure your project runs smoothly and efficiently from the outset. You'll be kept informed throughout this stage, with clear communication regarding timescales and site preparation requirements.
STEP FIVE
Construction & Installation
Our experienced installation team will carefully construct your garden room using premium materials and proven building methods. From foundations and structural framing through to insulation, glazing, roofing, and external finishes, every element is completed with attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, installation is typically completed within a matter of weeks.
STEP SIX
Interior Finishing
Once the structure is complete, we move on to the finishing touches that bring your garden room to life. Electrical installations, lighting, flooring, internal finishes, and any bespoke features are completed to the agreed specification. Every detail is carefully checked to ensure the finished space meets our exacting standards. The result is a beautifully finished garden room that's ready to enjoy from day one.

Handover & Aftercare
Before completion, we carry out a final inspection to ensure everything has been finished to the highest standard. We'll walk you through your new garden room, explain any systems or features, and answer any final questions.
